Elderflower Explosion

A super crisp and elegant drink to be enjoyed on warm summer evenings.



  1. 1/2 shot of Elderflower Liqueur

  2. 1 shot of apple juice

  3. Top up the glass with sparkling white wine

  4. Ice cubes

  5. 1 apple, sliced for garnish

  6. 1 lemon, sliced for garnish


  1. Pour all of the ingredients into a champagne flute.

  2. Add one ice cube.

  3. Garnish with a slice of crisp cold apple and twist of lemon.

  4. You can always add a small sprig of fresh flowers - in this case we used mock orange from the garden.​
