Rolls-Royce have unveiled a stunning new luxury item for their accessory portfolio; a £37,000 Champagne chest, complete with four V12 engine-inspired flutes, two “thermal caviare caissons”, two blini holders, two mother of pearl caviare spoons and a canapé capsule. Rolls Royce state that the chest is suitable: “for the most extravagant of environments, from a super-yacht to the terrace of a private residence.” The chest is crafted from aluminium and carbon fibre, which is then coated with black leather and Tudor oak, to reflect the materials found in Rolls-Royce cars. However, if you fancy something a little more ‘you’, then Rolls Royce say: “Naturally, should a patron wish to create a bespoke colour-way, this would of course, be possible.”
Opening at the touch of a button, a wooden serving tray with a laser-cut stainless steel inlay is revealed. This contains four hand-blown crystal champagne flutes, and each of them has a polished aluminium base etched with ‘RR’. The chest also contains four embroidered napkins, two red leather ‘hammocks’ for holding glasses or bowls and three porcelain bowls in a matching thermal canapé capsule. This heavenly addition to your Rolls Royce starts at a mere £37,000. Along with the champagne chest, the portfolio also includes a wood-lined cigar humidor, lambswool floor mat, picnic hamper, as well as a parasol.
